Job Overview:
A registered General Nurse is required to join the team to help ensure the correct level of care and assistance is delivered to each service user enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence at all times and to ensure that all care practices within the home are maintained at the highest level at all times.
You are required to carry out Catheter Care and general Nursing duties, changing dressings, administering medication and responsible for maintaining peg tubes. To assist in the completion of service users documentation in line with the regulatory framework of the care standards act. You will be responsible for ordering repeat prescriptions and administer and handle Service Users medication in line with the Companies policy and procedures, ensuring adherence to the national standards and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

Experience / Qualification:
Valid NMC PIN essential
Experience in a care home preferred
